Book a time to talk through your billing
A real conversation about your workflow, not a sales presentation. Pick a weekday window that suits your schedule and we will confirm by email.
The first ten minutes
Your specialty, current workflow, who handles billing today, and what prompted the call.
The middle ten
Where claims are getting stuck — denials, aging balances, posting lag, or credentialing gaps.
The last ten
What a reasonable next step looks like, including what information we would need and what it would cost.
Who should be on the call
Whoever owns the billing relationship today — practice owner, practice manager, or billing lead. One person is enough; two is useful when clinical workflow and billing workflow are handled by different people. You do not need a provider on the call unless clinical documentation is the topic.
What to have ready (if it is easy)
- Your specialty and approximate monthly claim volume
- The system you use for scheduling and billing
- One recent aging summary, with identifiers removed if you prefer
- The two or three things you would fix first if you had the time
If none of that is handy, come as you are. The call can start from a plain description of what is frustrating you this month — that is usually the most useful place to begin anyway.
What happens after the call
You get a short written summary: what we heard, what we would look at first, and what engagement would involve if you want to continue. If we are not a fit for your specialty or volume, we will say so and point you toward what would help.
