Medical billing support by specialty
Twenty-some practice types, each with its own payer quirks and documentation traps. Every page below covers the workflow notes, the measures worth reviewing, and the questions practices ask most.
Why specialty matters more than most practices expect
Two practices can run the same software, see a similar number of patients, and have completely different denial profiles. The difference is usually the specialty: which services need authorization, which codes get reviewed, which payers expect documentation before payment.
A general billing team learns that slowly. A specialty-aware process already knows where to look — the modifier that gets missed on the second procedure, the certification date nobody tracks, the screening rule that changes patient responsibility.
Don't see your specialty?
These pages cover the practice types we are asked about most, not the limit of the work. If you are in a subspecialty, a multi-specialty group, or a therapy or diagnostic practice not listed here, the process is the same conversation — tell us what you do and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
